It takes the best of High-Intensity Interval Training with punching, kicking and moving that will take your fitness to the next level. Created by Shellie Blanks Cimarosti Duration: 45-60 minutes Difficulty: Beginner-Advanced (modify as needed). An intense calorie burn kickboxing HIIT class with various kicking, punching and moving to a great music beat!!!
