Together we have great music and incredible vibes. Our studio isn't just a place to sweat, it's a place to breathe, stretch, strive and succeed.

We offer a range of classes suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced, from everyday athletes to professional athletes. Our goal is to help you reach your goal. It's as simple as that.

Come to our studio to work hard, and you'll be joined by plenty of people doing the same thing.  What is Shell Shock Fitness?  It's an experience, come see for yourself.

Life has rhythm, let us seek it out.

Shellie Blanks Cimarosti, World Fighting Champion and daughter of Tae Bo® creator, has launched her new brand, “Shell Shock® Fitness”.  She brings a new style of HIIT with kickboxing, strength training, standing bags and suspension training to provide complete fitness and real results.

From her humble beginnings where she was brought up in the projects of Erie, Pennsylvania, to her current residence just south of Nashville in Franklin Tennessee, Shellie is living her own version of a storybook fantasy. While living in Los Angeles, she trained the likes of Shaquille O’Neal, Robert Downey, Jr., Brooke Shields, Magic Johnson, Sugar Ray Leonard, Goldie Hawn, Jenny McCarthy, Bette Midler, Paula Abdul, Carmen Electra, Slash of Guns n’ Roses and Sinbad — just to name a few.

Shellie has quite the extensive resume. She starred as the original Yellow Power Ranger for fighting and stunt scenes. She modeled in a number of fitness magazines, starred in commercial campaigns and appeared on many TV spots such as “Oprah,” “Montell Williams” and “The Parkers.” She also has been featured in all of the Tae Bo videos, and putting in plenty of time working toward her mastery of martial arts.

Her training began at the young age of 2 years old and at just 14, she won the Jiu Jitsu World Championships and a gold medal at the Junior Olympics for Full Contact Sparring. Currently, she is in a select club that only a few, dedicated women have attained, by acquiring a sixth-degree black belt Master in the martial art discipline of Tae kwon do.

Join Shellie and her team and become empowered to be the best version of yourself by tapping into the one thing necessary to achieve this common goal — your fire within.
