LIVE Stream and SSF TV

If you miss a LIVE Stream look for the workout on SSF TV on their appropriate channels (Shock ,S3 , Shock Box, Shock Stations, Etc.) in chronological order, with the newest workout being first.  You should be able to search by date, minus the symbols.  For example: If your workout was on 06/16/21, search the appropriate channel 061621.  Immediate Replays may or may not be available anymore, our platform (Wix) has had many updates.  Please know after the LIVE Stream, we are working on editing the video and putting it up on their appropriate channel.  This could be shortly after the workout or several days later depending on many factors including technical difficulties. If you reach out about a particular workout and do not get a response, we thank you for your patience.
