Shock Box is a standing bag kickboxing class that combines boxing and kicking techniques, as well as other moves to shape and trim your body all with high-intensity interval training. Duration: 45-60 minutes Difficulty: Beginner-Advanced (modify as needed). A heavy bag, and ultimate stress relieving class. You will burn calories and sculpt your muscles as you make impact.
