Service Description
Strength is a combination of resistance training moves that will strengthen, sculpt and shape your body (equipment may vary each time from barbells, dumbbells, suspension straps, dip/pull up stationary bars, steps, etc). --Duration: 45-60 minutes Difficulty: Beginner-Advanced (modify as needed). A strength and sculpting class. This class will help you shape and define your body!
