Service Description
In this class, you’ll push yourself to the limit by moving from station to station using timed intervals to keep your heart rate up, your muscles working and your sweat pouring all with VO2 max & high-intensity interval training. --Duration: 45-60 minutes Difficulty: Beginner-Advanced (modify as needed). This like a circuit training/bootcamp class. You move from station to station as you burn calories and sculpt yourself in various different exercise combinations.
